Aaron Siskind

 

 

Aaron Siskind was called an abstract photographer because of many of his photographs are not easily identifiable. Some of his locations were recognizable , he created new feelings, and modern looks to his photos. He began photographing when his father in law gave it to him as a present. He later joined film and photo League in New York. In 1936 a subgroup was formed of the League called The Future . He went to Rhode Island school of design from the years of 1971 to 1976.
